BURSLEM: TWO women have appeared before North Staffordshire magistrates charged with assaulting a woman in Burslem on April 19. Samantha Gibson, aged 27, of High Street, Tunstall, and Barbara Howle, aged 46, of Brocks Croft Gardens, Biddulph, are both charged with assaulting Kelly Gibson occasioning her actual bodily harm.
