TWO men who killed popular Stoke City fan Leonard Holmes have been jailed for a total of 19 years. POLICE will be carrying out late-night patrols across an estate to tackle a rise in anti-social behaviour and under-age drinking. Families living at Norton Heights have reported groups of between 20 and 30 teenagers hanging about near to their homes.
